Treano is one of the fastest-growing construction actors in Skåne, working within construction services, contracting, and project development. With approximately 200 employees and an annual turnover of around one billion SEK, we continue to expand – and now we are looking for you to help develop our projects in northeastern Skåne.

As a KIP at Treano, you will hold a central role in our projects, working closely with both the business area manager and project management. You will be a key part of ensuring quality, structure, and good economics throughout the entire project process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Estimating construction projects
• Managing procurement and creating procurement plans
• Project planning and coordination in the early stages of projects
• Collaborating with project management and the business area manager
• Ensuring work complies with the company's guidelines regarding quality, environment, and working environment

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in estimation, procurement, or project planning within construction
• Post-secondary education in construction (Vocational College, University, or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of industry contracts and regulations, such as AB04 and ABT06
• Strong collaboration skills and a sense of responsibility

Advantageous:

• Documented experience in project planning
